JK Long. - joint 14th - 4 foreigners ahead of me - and 17:02 minutes down
Much happier with this!! Minimal mistakes (less than 2 minutes?). The rest of the time gap was down to strength and speed. Never run more than a 5km course so happy to be able to get round.
