Decided not to do the race because of the shins :( Gutted, but went on a mega amazing climbing day in Langdale instead! Got lots of leading done, and 2nd-d a HVS! AMAZING.
Out for 9+ hours! Fun.

Sooooooooo nice to go swimming again. So relaxing. Then did 10 mins aqau jog to stretch the legs in a different direction.

Jog to see how the shins were. Total guess on the distance. OK, still sore but definitely a bit better - but wouldn't want to do any hard running on them. Leaving it for a few more days as think the rest is helping

Acrojam session so it was really good - tried some really cool stuff, got some good advice on my handstand position etc. Really made my hand worse again and was super painful after, but Jake who is a physio looked at it so that's good. Need to rest it.

Body pump. Had decided I'd just do the arms and core with weights, and leg stuff just bodyweight as legs tired from S&C and going to spinning straight after. But got competitive in my head so put the weights on. Didn't really enjoy it, felt a bit pointless really.
