Run with Dad. Up Red Pike, High Stile etc from Buttermere then down Scarth Gap and back round the lake. Beautiful and snowy on the tops, misty but made it very atmospheric! Legs felt good, didn't feel tired at all really.

Got part way through and then got a call from work saying I was meant to be in... they forgot to send me the rota, turns out I have 10000000000000000000 hours this week, wahoo

Horrible weather this morning but seemed to have settled down. Went off for my fave 'I'm home' run up Whiteside, HH and down the stream. Loving it (although lungs a bit tight, still fighting off the cold), but annoyingly halfway up it suddenly started blowing snow, and got really really windy so was wobbling all over the place. It looked like a bit of a whiteout further up and wind was pushing me over so decided to head back down as it would be too windy at the top.
SO ANNOYING as as soon as I was down, it had completely died down again, only last about 10-15 mins. So annoying! And totally calm in the valley.
But oh well, maybe good to do less on the first run back. FUN.

Strength and Conditioning (Acroyoga) 30:00 [1]

8.30 acro in the student union rooms. Floor VERY hard, wasn't very nice and motivation very low. But did corkscrew so that's good. Home for xmas now! Need to go on an intensive core and handstand program so we can do more cool stuff once back.

Also needs LOTS of sleep. Feeling very exhausted, not sure I've slept properly for a long time.
