Icy! But not too bad, managed to try quite hard anyway, except a few spots had to slow right down/ other parts deviated over grass instead of the normal route. Hard.

Leeds Wall. Haven't been in way too long. Really good, I led one on the huge overhanging wall. Just a 6A and wasn't hard, but forearms just aren't strong at the moment, had to have two rests! But really happy to get to the top and nice to work really hard.

10 minute tempo around the quad. Felt really good until about two thirds of the way then started dying and dropping back. But still happy with my pace.

Acro in the park avec Iain. Mastered the shoulder stand! So much fun. Going to try and do loads and get good.

Felt so much better today. Still a bit sleepy, but feel like I can be back on it tomorrow.

Rest yesterday and today. Feel totally wiped out, had 9 hours sleep last night and got into Uni early but just came back and went back to bed after an hour as felt horrible. Need sleep sleep sleep.
