Run with Katie in the Hunua Ranges in the rain! Fun fun fun :) Nice easy pace :) Felt mega tired after though - but think I just needed food, and more sleep

LOVED IT! Can't believe I've never done a fartlek before, SO much fun.
Ran every hill really hard until I had done about 2230 hard running. Lots of wiggling around over cool paths in Mount Eden. Fun fun fun. Haven't enjoyed running this much in a while.

Hard to run hard as sooooooooooo steep so a bit frustrating, I'm rubbish at downhills. And the more I ran down the slippier it got. But the last 3 much better so maybe it will help me get better!
