Lucy was there, so just decided to sit behind her for as long as possible until I got dropped, which I did after the boardwalk at the end... hard work, but good! Felt a bit bad for hanging on her shoulder but oh well... kept me going for sure.
Might try Workington next week and see if I can get a sub-20.

Yoga class at Lancaster sports centre. Bit of a waste of time really, didn't feel very stretched out at all! :/

Ran back from work - forgot torch so along cycle path so tarmac all the way :(
Shin (left) reallyyyyyyyyyy hurt! And right calf/achilles a bit. Although only in Lancaster, was ok in Kendal after the train journey... maybe just needed to warm up.
But legs in general just felt a bit stiff and un-supple. Maybe tarmac running with packed rucksack. Will do some massage on it tonight.
