Climbing with Dad and Jack! Good, but took longer as there were 3 of us and we were learning things like setting up belays, leading etc. I felt exhausted and really wiped out though for some reason so just did 2 routes then went home - still good though.

I RAN AGAIN! Jogged around the road to the bottom of the hill instead of going through the school fields as the wood was full of a school group.
Then up the hill, around the short forest loop and back!
Foot felt fine - I felt it a little on the way back but definitely not in a 'pain' way, so hoping it is a good thing and will strengthen up wahoo :)

No watch or garmin so just guessing time and distance!

Inpromptu run the the edge for yoga after remembering really late that my bike was not ready to ride at all! Bit of a shock the system after no running but felt good!
