Walking 2:30:00 [3]

Walk up to the crag and back - rough and steep! But such a nice day!

climbing (Trad) 5:00:00 [2]

AMAZING day climbing! Out for 10 hours, and led my first ever route using gear!
Amazing climbs with amazing views, did 4 routes, 3 which were 2 pitches and 1 we made into one long pitch.
Bit of a burnt nose.

Cycling (Keiser cycle/spinning) 20:00 [3]

Cycling (Keiser cycle/spinning) 10:00 [4]

Cycling (Keiser cycle/spinning) 10:00 [5]

I thought it would be a great idea to go spinning the morning before my exam as recently I've felt really good afterwards and ready for the day.
However didn't sleep well, and THEN the studio seemed to be 10x more hot that usual, and the instructor (never had him before) had really hard gears constantly and even came round to check we were on the right gear and RPM, and pushed the session really hard :(
Now feel exhausted and like my body temperature control has been hit by a bus.

Oh well, hopefully will recover by 1pm! :/
5 PM

climbing (Bouldering) 20:00 [3]

NEW ROUTES UP! Gutted that the big overhanging grey one has gone though as I was determined to do it this time :'(
Fun though, for the first few and then I just hit a wall - all the tiredness from the whole year seemed to arrive at once and just wanted to lie down and sleep.

Strength and Conditioning (XC training) 35:00 [3]

S&C with cross country - early as exams next door from 9.

Warm-up, then some jumping stuff then we were meant to do 'pause squats' but I wanted to do a max test again as I was mega tired last time - DID 70 WAHOO! Finally.
Then some RDL's and quite a bit of core.

10 AM

Stretching (Yoga) 30:00 [1]

Strength and Conditioning (Yoga) 15:00 [2]

Realllyyyyy good session today - working on handstands, but went through and did a whole series of stretches to warm up the wrists and hands and forearms which were really good and helped so much later on.
Then did loads of core drills that train you to hold your body in a handstand - and were really hard, gonna start doing them more!
Then practice!

Stretching warm up/down (Insanity) 5:00 [2]

Aqua jogging warm up/down 5:00 [2]

AQUA JOGGING AFTER MY EXAM!
A few mins getting used to it at the start and a few mins to cool down after.

Aqua jogging 27:00 [3]

Session: 5mins (1 min rest), 3 mins (30s rest), 1 min (2mins rest) x3

Really good and think it must be good for technique of running, however didn't really feel like I was working hard - although legs were getting a bit tired at the end.
But think it will be good for recovering from other exercise and keeping a bit of running form!
