Jog around the fields again, foot way worse, deffo haven't recovered from Wednesday! Hurt straight away and built up way worse than before so had to cut it short :(
First outdoor climbing in years! Very very VERY VERY rusty, but good - Threlkeld Quarry with Dad, neither of us had ever been there before. Only had time for 3 routes. Low grades but found it tricky as not used to rock any more - also think they were made harder as soon of the good holds were covered in slimy wet bits so had to avoid them! But will deffo go back.

Lots of stretching and rolling again. Didn't do the exercises as want to recover properly from yesterday as think I may have done too much with my mad exercise sesh and run. Did some ankle circling in the stretching instead to keep things activated.
Got back home yesterday, going to try and short jog around the playing fields yesterday. Brought home a tennis ball, hockey ball, foam roller and wobble board - let the rehab begin!

50 x diagonal foot movement e/l

76 sit-ups as an itital test for the sit-ups challenge.
3 pull-ups initial test for 20 pull-up challenge.

Jog around the playing fields to test out the foot. Wasn't expecting too much as had just done the exercises so probably aggrivated a little already, so pleased to do 8 mins.

Foot ice bath then a proper warm bath, then 30mins stretching then lots of rolling - painful. Also got a hockey ball and rolled it around in my back and the horrible knot on the right.
All feels a lot better now but still feels like there is something tight all the way up my right hand side.
Tried to book a sports massage with Liz Hunter but all booked up in the next 3 weeks?! :(
