Soreen Stanbury Splash with M & D at Penistone Country Hill Park.
SNOWWWWW!!!! So was actually shortened to the Stoop course instead.
Tbh I just wasn't feeling it at all, tired as just haven't slept well at all the last 2 nights, so just jogged it as a training run. Single file so would have been hard to race anyway and I just didn't fancy it!
But enjoyable to get out in the snow.

SUCH a nice day! Cold but perfectly blue sunny sky :)
Realised the forcast said it was getting cloudy later so seized the day and went out for a quick one down the canal. SO fun and felt really good :)

Was going to go to the gym with Jack but saw on the weather it was going to be nice to went for a run instead. Nice! Just up to the end of Meanwood then round and back the other way over the road. Fun and nice and easy :) shins a bit painful but ok.

Hmmmm good, but not as good as it used to be. Seemed way easier somehow, and weren't very good exercises but maybe that's just the CD, different instructor though.
BUT good to get moving at the end of the day.

Stretching (Yoga) 40:00 [1]

Went to Hatha Yoga as couldn't make the normal class with Eva. Didn't really enjoy it, some good stretches but that was it, not v challenging at all, pretty boring!
