Different instructor than I've had before. This was definitely NOT exercise! Some nice stretches, but could have had a better stretching session on my own. Oh well, relaxing.

Ran from Uni down the canal and along and back - although missed the turning off on the way back so ended up going further than I wanted to and had to run back through the city!
SO nice though, never been to the canal before but it's so peaceful and just seems to go on forever! Wouldn't want to be there on my own when getting dark though.
Anyway good run, definitely a new route!
