Running (Supporting @ Kentmere) 1:40:00 [3] 12.23 km (8:11 / km) +630m 6:30 / km

Went up to the first peak of the Kentmere Horseshoe so I could take Dad, Charlotte and Mark some drinks and cheer them through.
Jogged around getting lost for 20 mins though, then had to get up the hill pretty briskly the make it before the runners. Came back down pretty leisurely, stopping to offer water to other runners etc, so just made an estimate of actual running time.

Back home again! Had a great holiday of relaxing, now time to get on it and start actually training. Missed running! :)

Today just a really easy jog with Dad up the hill around the usual route. Didn't feel to bad, but definitely not feeling that fit. Work to do!
