Jeez louise. I kept getting confused with the weights! So put 7.5kg's on my bar instead of 5's, and mannnnn my legs died! Did the set, but when we got to lunges I just couldn't do a single thing. Biceps as well just went for it and then was just GONE. But was good :)
Running (XC) 40:00 [3] 8.0 km (5:00 / km)
Went to the XC 3/5/7 mile run and did 5 miles. Adidas are launching their new shoe 'Ultra Boost' and working with the club so got to try a pair out - man they are so comfy compared to my normal shoes! A pricey £130 though, so so hope that I win a pair!!!
Got a free t-shirt though which is SO nice, actually maybe the best running t-shirt I've ever had. Woop :)

Knee's were fine all of the way through the run until the last mile, and then my left one suddently got really really painful :(
Did all of my exercises etc when I got home but still really hurt when I went to bed - really hope it's much better tomorrow!
