Cycling (Pedal to Prague training) 1:45:44 [3] 32.55 km (3:15 / km) +357m 3:05 / km

Cold day, good ride, found it really tough though even though I shouldn't have. Felt really really weak on the hills and was literally gasping for air, lungs feel horrible now.

Didn't do anything Thurs/Frid/Sat as knees just felt horrible.
Went to physio on Thursday, he said my posture is wrong (I over extend my legs when I stand and push my hips forward to much) so my hips flexors are tight which doesn't allow my pelvis to move properly.
I also have extremly weak glutes, and quite weak quads apparently, so need to strengthen them.
Main problem is the glutes as it means my kneecaps aren't pulled into the right position when I do stuff which is what has caused the problem.
Sick of this stupid injury stuff. Had to drop out of BUCs.

Good to stretch out the legs, pretty easy also which was good. But still SO SWEATY, seemed extra hot in there today!

Knees even felt painful on the bike today, and in the evening the left one felt really hot and irritated - not good! Physio booked for tomorrow evening, not going to do ANYTHING until then...

Was meant to do hill reps, but set off running and my knees really hurt, didn't feel any better from last Thursday at all! Jogged to the end of the wood and back and it hadn't improved at all, so had to go home :(
SO ANNOYED, SO sick of constantly having one problem after another!
