Rowing 20:00 [2]

Rowing sesh with Will! No one else turned up basically had a personal training session, was fun :) nice warm up for circuits!
Was 45 min session but only 20 mins effort really, but mostly on technique etc - actually kind of complicated!

Good but had to do steps instead of running, and didn't feel like I got into it as much as usual... just super tired (was doing my presentation until 2 last nigth then got up at 6:30!)

Drills and warm up with XC - then went to the gym as knee didn't feel any better (really hurting all day)

Strength and Conditioning 20:00 [3]

Did some rowing, some X trainers, quite a bit of arm weights, a bit of bike - good! Knee actually felt a little better after it - pleased!

Running long 2:32:00 [3] 22.0 km (6:55 / km)

Long run in the afternoon. Had been aiming for 3.5 hours but about 2 hours in I was suddenly SO BORED and felt a bit shit (I hadn't brought snacks etc which was stupid) - and I literally had nowhere left to run (dramatic!) without going round in circles so I went home.
Also my knees started really hurting - first it was the right which has been niggling for weeks, then it was both, then it just seemed to be the left by the end! Anyway they are both pretty sore now which is slightly worrying. Hopefully my swim today (Thursday) will help, meant to do hill reps later though...

Anyway guessed the distance again but used google maps as an estimate so can't be too far off. Ordering a garmin soon to avoid this problem as it's so annoying not knowing how far I've gone!
