Just guessed the time, we started about 11:15, got home around 2 but had a cafe stop and also stopped a lot on the way for people, puncture etc.
Good, lovely day, got a bit annoyed with the wind and my lungs (now have a cough) but still, it was nice. :)
Ran through to Meanwood Park to The Hollies, checked out a hill for my reps etc.

Did 8 reps of roughly 1:15 - 1:30 loops, jog down to recover.
The first 4 all the same, then had a long rest (5mins?). The final 4 I did 3 extra steep ones, one longer less steep one.
Good session but at the end of it I felt SO ill, kind of sick, my whole body ached etc and it carried on when I got back too. Revived after about an hour, but definitely ill, resting for me tomorrow.
I LOVE circuits! I swear it is like meditation or something, I thought we had at least half an hour left or something and suddently boom it had ended, I didn't want to leave ha! I was trying to figure out if I could squeeze another session in but don't think it would work, my week is already pretty packed... oh well, next time.
