Running warm up/down 30:00 [2]

Running all over the spot trying to get to Bodington, ended up SO late. Google Maps, today was not a good day.

Running race (Varsity XC) 27:49 [4] 5.5 km (5:03 / km)

Weird race.
1) Blizzard! Very cold day, very atmospheric.
2) Legs feel ok now, and at some points I felt like I could be trying harder - but legs just would not MOVE! Frustrating, need a speed session to sharpen up before BUCS for sure!
3) Apart from that, fun :) We won! Take that Beckett.

'Boot Camp'! Actually really good session, basically a circuits session - whole body tired after, and sore shoulders and back the next day - fun!

Missed spinning as doctors went on for ages - so just went into the gym for 15mins while waiting for Naomi. Bike machine, rowing machine, tredmill (gradient 10%)

Run to Uni to meet XC - EXAM OVERRRR. Exhausted but so good to be out running again

Running 26:00 [3] 4.8 km (5:25 / km)

3 mile loop with Jess - seemed like barely anyone was there today?! Everyone else wanted to do 5 mile so we just did 3 on our own - fun!

Just jogged bits of the way back, not all of it as legs seizing up from the tarmac - it makes SO much difference running on roads?!
