Very boring course, 100% flat playing fields, so not very inspiring.
Felt very strange to be running so fast on such flat ground for not very long... rubbish time but oh well.
Jog to the Edge for Circuits with Athletics Club.
Then after joined XC at Cromer Terrace and did a short loop with them, leaving half way to jog home.
Could feel my leg tightening towards the end but no pain so that's good. Should be fine after stretching.
