Jog down, drills and strides, etc jog back.

Running intervals 15:20 [5] 4.21 km (3:39 / km) +22m 3:33 / km
shoes: Adidas Supernova Glide boost

Pyramid: 4-2-1-2-4 (but just 3 mins after the 4 min reps).
PLUS a 1min 20s extra as I started the session, then suddenly bumped into Hannah! So I stopped to chat and then restarted :) Felt good!
