Running warm up/down (Helm Hill) 40:14 [3] 6.32 km (6:22 / km) +185m 5:33 / km

Run there and run back.

Running hills (Helm Hill) 25:29 [5] 5.68 km (4:29 / km) +166m 3:55 / km

8 x up hill round tree and back down. Each rep about 0.71km, 20m climb, about 3mins5-15s.

Oh my goodness. Went in next fastest group than I've been in before. First rep was totally fine, was in the front pack. The rest I just DIED! I just felt awful - even though my heart rate recovered really well between sets, I just felt soo awful by halfway up the hill...
And had that horrible acidic feeling in my throat by the end. But good session, glad it's over ha.
