Oh my goodness. Went in next fastest group than I've been in before. First rep was totally fine, was in the front pack. The rest I just DIED! I just felt awful - even though my heart rate recovered really well between sets, I just felt soo awful by halfway up the hill...
And had that horrible acidic feeling in my throat by the end. But good session, glad it's over ha.
