Rowing warm-up for 5 mins.
Then arm weights of all the different times, so 6 exercises with 3 times 12 reps for each. Then some quick core, and then had to dash off to be home in time!

Run back to Cardrona. Didn't realise it would be dark so quick so couldn't really see - and very spooky going through the tunnel!
Again, knee and achilles hurt and felt really bad when I set off and was worried I'd have to stop (again), as I was limping. Stopped and stretched and then kept going, and after 10 mins felt so much better and almost completly fine. Annoying.
