Running warm up/down (Run club) 17:03 [3] 3.18 km (5:22 / km) +33m 5:06 / km

First training with the run club! Really really enjoyed it, really nice route and beautiful view at the top.
Jog to warm up, then 4 mins on (effort but not too hard, kind of 10km pace - I took it fairy easy as Helvellyn this weekend), then 2 mins walk/jog to regroup.
Did this up to the top by the buzzards nest (In Glentress forest), then just ran back down a different route :) Really really enjoyed it :)

Running tempo (Run club) 20:00 [4] 3.91 km (5:07 / km) +147m 4:18 / km

5 x 4mins tempo - first one on the flat still, then up the hill to the top.

Running 5:00 [2] 0.76 km (6:35 / km) +34m 5:23 / km

Not sure how much active recovery there was as some of it just stood there, so just a guesstimate

Running warm up/down 26:42 [3] 5.15 km (5:11 / km) +30m 5:02 / km

Over the top and run back down! Fun :)
