First training with the run club! Really really enjoyed it, really nice route and beautiful view at the top.
Jog to warm up, then 4 mins on (effort but not too hard, kind of 10km pace - I took it fairy easy as Helvellyn this weekend), then 2 mins walk/jog to regroup.
Did this up to the top by the buzzards nest (In Glentress forest), then just ran back down a different route :) Really really enjoyed it :)
