I RAN AGAIN! Jogged around the road to the bottom of the hill instead of going through the school fields as the wood was full of a school group.
Then up the hill, around the short forest loop and back!
Foot felt fine - I felt it a little on the way back but definitely not in a 'pain' way, so hoping it is a good thing and will strengthen up wahoo :)
No watch or garmin so just guessing time and distance!
