Legs absolutely RUINED from Mon/Tues/Wed... walking like an idiot and so painful, and two big rides this weekend so decided to go along to the free Gryphon sports massage.
Asked the guy to do my quads and lower back (always gets tight cycling) - and ohhhh myyyyy lorddddd it was SO painful on my quads! So so so painful, I had to tell him to press less hard! Not sure yet if it was a good idea, very intense. However hoping good in the long run.
