Finallyyyy finished tutorials so can be back at S&C!
Warm-up then did squat testing again (3 rep max). Was sooooooo stupid - warmed up, building it up, did a few on 60, then decided to skip 65 as I had done it in the gym last term (but never in S&C) - so went straight for 70 (which I have never managed to do).
Was so convinced I could do it that I tried and tried, probably about 6+ times, each time I couldn't even do 2.
Finallyyyy gave up and went to 65, and of course I had tired myself out so much that I couldn't do that either. Stupid. But ah well it was fun.
Finished with some back and core and jumping/hopping.
