Rested until today - still felt worn out and dodgy yesterday - felt really sick all day until the evening, but alright now hopefully. Nice easy week this week to try and get back into things - and get ready for the race on Sunday!

Realised now that if I do the 7 mile then cut off at the bottom of Victoria Road, it's just over 10km counting the run to Uni! And a much more interesting route.
Really enjoyed it, ran with Tati and Maria at a really nice pace so we could chat :)
Legs felt great at the start, felt a bit dead at the end but no suprise considering last week.
