Strength and Conditioning (XC training) 30:00 [3]

An hour of S&C with XC, guessing 50% of the time actual work. Really good - worked all of the muscle groups and really felt like it could be beneficial to running! Was booked into body pump for afterwards but had to cancel it as too tired (good sign!).

Strength and Conditioning (Vinyasa Yoga) 40:00 [2]

Really good!
Thought it would be a nice stretch out for after S&C, which it was, but actually soooooooo hard and super active, jumping around all over the spot, and quite fast. Definitely going to be in the Wednesday routine.
