GOOD, it's really growing on me now that I know better which weights to use/the routine so can actually get the most from it! Arms were shaking after haha

Also good! Legs felt good, breathing was good because I dosed up on inhaler (because of my cough). Actually found it much easier than normal today, but I swear everyone in there was dying? So I felt super fit, think it was maybe just that it happened to be filled with beginners though, I dunno haha
