Good to stretch out the legs, pretty easy also which was good. But still SO SWEATY, seemed extra hot in there today!

Knees even felt painful on the bike today, and in the evening the left one felt really hot and irritated - not good! Physio booked for tomorrow evening, not going to do ANYTHING until then...
