Man, this could have gone better. One of my fave workouts but the body just didn't feel great today. Keogan to Huron as warm-up and then 30 sec On and Off on Burma for the way back. Did this in the spring and felt great, but not today, just nothing in the legs.

So, was going to Orienteer this morning but there was a small monsoon exactly when I was going to leave and frankly I had no interest in going.

So, later after a day of attempting to declutter, I went for a run from P7.

Any recommendations on going with an bike trainer or bringing in our family's Concept 2 rower?
