Super fun workout and for the first time in forever, felt okay.
Parked at Champlain and then the workout was a wee bit down Ridge.
The planned workout was 4x1600m with 400m easy recover jog to be done at 50% of race pace.
Pretty much everyone missed the 400m easy part so it was just 4 laps of a rolling trail section, with both a solid uphill and downhill portions.
I tells yah, Dave sets incredible workouts for Orienteers. It's almost like there is some sort of crossover to our sport from trail running.
