Dropped down to the Short Advanced for the Goat race and took it slow to give my ankle a break (I think a good choice as I was quite tired too haha). Still hurt after but not as bad as Saturday. Didn't navigate well but mostly just cause I wasn't focusing. Things come up too slowly when you go slow - gives my mind too much time to wander off.
