Training Log Archive: jennycas

Heysen Trail spur via Ambulance Rd to the Onkaparinga River, then I turned back through Verdun because I wasn't sure my knees would handle the extension to/from Hahndorf (sounds like it wasn't as far as I thought, though) and Leith came with me because his knees weren't happy either. Up Silver Rd is always tough but it was pleasant to finish via the waterhole on Cox Creek.
