Yoga 50:00 [1]

All over. Nice savasana at the end...almost dozed but not quite.

Shoulder very tender this morning so I took Aleve and did some moves and things very gently (and the lowering part of the sun salutations not at all). I wonder what I did to it. Baffling.

Focus: Back

Left shoulder has been acting up for no apparent reason since early July though I didn't do anything traumatic to it that I can remember. Certain movements cause great stabs of pain. I moved very gently through some poses, testing what it could and could not do.

Yesterday was a travel day...stayed up as long as we could; in bed by 9:30 (3:30am body time). Woke up at 4:30 today.

We were up at 5:00 as Glen had signed up for a 15K trail race northwest of Allentown...thunderstorms/rain started (here at home) around 9:00 but race began at 7:30 so I hope they weren't too affected by them. Guess I'll find out soon, when he gets home.
