Easy jog, drills and strides in bayfield park. Knee and hammy both worse today, should have listened to my body better after the big run last week, been a bit dumb trying to keep my week on track for 80k. Planning to drop both my weekend runs, do a good amount of stretching, foam rolling and maybe some ice. hopefully back on track next week.

Knee still not feeling great so decided I'd leave my tempo run for the weekend, just went and did the standard Ross Creek loop. Knee started of bad but got heaps better after 5 min.
