I made poor decisions yesterday...despite eating a cup of oatmeal and raisins for breakfast, my stomach felt hollow before lunchtime. And, this was after carrots and almonds mid-morning. So, I went home and pigged out, including three ice cream bars, then I, blew off the pool, and crashed for a lunchtime nap. All of these things made me feel bad, physically and mentally, and I couldn't fall to sleep last night to top it off.

Had a hard time getting up this morning, go figure, eh? Damn it, Valerie, you can't let your sound efforts this month take a two day end of month slide. Where's your get up and go?!

I didn't really feel like swimming, and cycling was out because of the wind gusts, because, well, I hate windy [chilly] cycling... Pool it was, listening to my tunes and treading water quite enthusiastically at times, alternating scissor kicks and egg beater, and put lots of effort into the arms too. It sounds dull, but I quite enjoyed it for a change.
