Pyramid session

200m (30s), 400m, (1min) 600m (90s), 800m (120s) then back down. First two were fine but was really struggling to get my legs moving after that. Was going to do a 1km in the middle but with feeling crap, my blister really giving me grief and the weather being crap I think this session was enough.
