I thought 17 was a reasonable time to shoot for, surprised to do this much better. Evidence that it is time to start running more regularly, at least until countervailing evidence appears.

Hadn't done this in quite a while, after having hip flexor pain the last time about six weeks or so ago. Then I put the rowing machine up when we had a houseful at Thanksgiving so we could use the space for a bed. Now it is back out. Tried to be gentle. Still some R hip flexor discomfort. Forearms feel a bit vulnerable. I'll take it quite slowly.
