Very nice. Another recent PR, best in over 2 years and 2:30 better than last week, which was itself pretty good compared to recent experience. Still an incredibly long way to go, but running more freely than in many years. How come? Well, four things that I've been up to lately may be related. A lot of squats (maybe the most important), pigeon stretches maybe 4 times a day for a couple of minutes each time. Hamstring stretches against the door jamb, again several minutes at a time, twice a day. Side planks, roughly a minute a side, once a day or more.
