Quick trip out to the gym for deadlifts (3X8 - 135), squats (sets of 8 - 75, 2X85), bench presses (75, 2X85), pulldowns, 3X10 at 8, ring dips (2x1). Hadn't done these in quite a while, probably well before I cracked my wrist in January. They'll build up.
