With Eric, mostly DLs and back squats. DLs at 135, last set of back squats at 90. Very satisfactory.

On the other hand, a lot of knots in my legs right now. Too much sitting.

Up Sandy Brook Rd. Nice ride, made it all the way up seated, even the sharp little bump at the end, so very satisfactory. Felt good most of the way, the last 2 miles being a bit more of a struggle. A long way to go.
