Hanging out with Matthew. Did some DLs, squats, benchpresses, pull downs and GH raises. Good enough. Pretty tired after all the walking around with Rhonda the last few days.

Overnight guests last night: Matthew and Jake, Annie, Michelle and her boyfriend Matt. Matt did a little in the gym last night, lifted some weights that haven't been used in a long time and are not likely to be used much by me ever again.
