With R&S at Lake McDonough. Pleasant day, recent snow mostly melted, ice mostly melted on the lake (which it definitely wasn't two days ago).

Weight workout, DLs with 145#, BOSU squats with 20# DBs, single leg stand ups, pull downs. The BOSU squats were way too hard. I guess I need to work up to them. Only did one set of them.
