Working out with Eric, stretching, bands, deadlifts, supermans

Back out with Eric and Rhonda - rowing to warm up, then 3 exercise pyramid, 1-10 and back to 1. Goblet squats, reverse flys, ball crunches. Not bad, but got me sweating.

Note

Thought we were going for a bike ride, looked beautiful out, but as soon as the bikes were on the car it started raining, and we lost interest. An hour later the sky had cleared, blue sky everywhere, bikes on the car again and rode down toward PV, but the rain came in again around the time we got to 219 and Rhonda wasn't having it. So back home again. By the next time the sun came out I went for yard work instead. Did some brushmowing, tried to tame the rototiller, but it is running very rough and stalled a few times, starting up on the first pull, until I just gave up on it and started back to the barn and it stalled for good. Now, at 4:45 it sure is nice out, but I've kind of had it.
