SUFFOC event near Thetford. Super nice terrain. I think everyone that beat me was running in a bunch which gives me a little bit of comfort.

Icenian. Decent run.surprised to be 7th out of 8 at download! Still lacking a but of aggression in the terrain.
Planning and area good, map a bit ropey.

London run. Decided to test ankle with a bit more distance, knowing I could bail out to the tube if it flared up at all. It was fine but still need to be careful.
Good loop along Thames Path East to Limehouse then round the canal to Islington and finally along the Marylebone Rd.

Planning to keep doing regular stepper sessions until I get barred from the gym for sweating too much, so it gets its own activity type from now on.
20*2 mins on, 30s off.
Progression from L21 to L25.
No hands on L21-23. 50:50 on L24, 33:67 on L25.
Max HR of about 176 - not bad for a low impact session that would t leave me wrecked tomorrow (though I was wrecked for the evening after this - dehydration mostly).
