Test run from the JT's. Felt wonderful for 750m then calf completely siezed up. Walked back.

Note

Physio reckons it's nerve tightness rather than muscle damage. Should be a quick recovery. She then shoved some needles in the muscle which now hurt a lot more than the original injury!
