Sarah O'Neil foolishly let me takeover Trotter Training for an evening. Observatory Road team hill reps. Quite a lot of quite fast hill intervals. Good fun. Queen's Drive before, Wee Bennett's after.

Treadmill session - 9-3-3 off 90' @ 3min/km.
Just a casual 9:00 3000m on a treadmill there. Plan was to follow it up with a 2000m but that proved somewhat difficult. Still a decent session - looking forward to Armagh!
