So many bad decisions made. And they also make them so slowly.

I wouldn't call this a one-armed ski per se... I just... didn't really use one arm.

My forearm doesn't necessarily totally bother me while skiing.

I skied over to Laajavuori to take in a very, very short, 5k -ish mini race. Nice to get in a hard effort.

Oh, yeah, and it had snowed like 10cm of wet heavy snow. So that was a paaaainful 5k.

So, I took two days off, and my forearm is getting worse. Its definitely swollen, or something, its sometimes sore right in the joint, even up in the carpals, and occasionally running down the length of my extensors.

Naturally i'm going to ignore it and keep skiing.
