Up Loxley - 10 mins warm up, 10 x 3 mins effort, 1 min jog, and 8 mins warm down. Got a few good hills in on the efforts, and took a few detour-y routes to get them in too. Feeling rubbish still, but thought I had better man up this evening, in anticipation of chips. Unfotunately chip shop was shut when Rob got there - disaster! Enforced healthiness!
