Long run - legs and body not feeling too sprightly, so decided to just head out for time on my feet, and not worry about distance or speed. Up to high Bradfield via loxley common, along to agden, down to low Bradfield and back the long way around damflask and down the valley. The thought of a baker brothers roast dinner kept me going!

Up the side of Rivelin, down coppice track, up rails road, over the top of Stannington, loop of loxley and home down the valley. Bit late getting out, but have done the work I needed to on my assignment. Nearly there - it's due in on Friday, looking forward to getting this module over with.

Up Loxley - 10 mins warm up, 10 x 3 mins effort, 1 min jog, and 8 mins warm down. Got a few good hills in on the efforts, and took a few detour-y routes to get them in too. Feeling rubbish still, but thought I had better man up this evening, in anticipation of chips. Unfotunately chip shop was shut when Rob got there - disaster! Enforced healthiness!

Run up rivelin - legs and lungs and stomach feeling pretty rubbish, so cut it short and came home to have a go at some circuits exercises instead.

Gym 30:00 [3]

Body felt a bit happier doing this, maybe it just didn't want to run. Various core, glute and arm exercises.

Cycle from home to Greystones area and back for a meeting. Bit hillier than I remembered!
