11 min warm up, 8 min warm down. Feeling precise in my timings.

Running 38:00 [4]

90 secs effort, 30 secs easy for 38mins. Up Rivelin, similar route to Sunday along the side of Stannington, but to the end of the valley this time.
Tired before I set off, super tired now.
